Tiered cakes



Traditional fruit cake
A rich moist luxurious cake, seeped in brandy and spices, utterly delicious covered in marzipan and icing.

Rich Chocolate Fudge
Utterly mouthwatering and indulgent. Excellent as a dessert and for those icecream lovers a perfect match. There is the choice of a chocolate ganache or icing and if you have a really sweet tooth it can also be sandwiched with a chocolate buttercream centre. Yum!

Red Velvet
A very popular moist light cake- teamed with a cream cheese icing it is delicious!

Luscious lemon
A taste bud sensation with sweet lemony sponge tingling your taste buds. This is covered with a lemon buttercream and covered with icing-it can also be teamed with a homemade raspberry jam.

Luxury Victoria Sponge
A light traditional sponge filled with a homemade raspberry coulis and a white chocolate buttercream.

Vanilla with a strawberry buttercream filling.
Deliciously light with a fresh sweet taste, lovely on a summers day.

Carrot Cake
A decidant variation on the usual, using rum and orange and lemon hints, a moist and rich flavour. A excellent alternative to the fruit cake.

Wheat and Dairy Free Cakes.
I have been asked increasingly to provide cakes that are wheat and dairy free. I understand the importance of making a cake without ingredients that can cause allergies/intolerances and more than happy to make one. For further details do contact me.
